Leading Talent strategy with a specific emphasis on supporting and delivering transformation across Employer Branding, Automation and AI integration whilst bringing together our TA community across EMEA and Asia to deliver over 4,500 new hires each year. Responsible for the design and delivery of IBM's Talent go to market strategy across MEA (Talent Acquisition, RPO, HR Shared Service Design & Operation, HR Operations Outsourcing, HR Consulting, Assessment, Leadership Development and Branding services). Currently engaged in 3 major shared service organisation design and implementations, including RPA/Automation, Chatbot introduction, Process Re-Design and organisation harmonization post go-live. We provide Consultancy across the entire HR lifecycle including process re-engineering, policy design, Digitization roadmap and organisational design & excellence. IBM Talent & Transformation Consulting Practice offers leading change management tools coupled with deep HR expertise to lead your organisation through its HR Transformation journey. IBM's Recrtuitment solution provides AI/cognitive-enabled services to; Reduce Cost Per Hire (up to 40% reduction) Build Attraction Strategy (EVP, Employment Branding, Digital Strategy) Deliver up to 35% faster time to hire Minimal agency utilization (MEA accounts currently running at <2%) Secure 22% lower staff turnover over several months Enable clear analytics for better decisions IBM's Talent service currently makes 105,000 hires per year on behalf of its clients in over 120 Countries delivered via 30+ languages.
