A self-motivated and driven individual who is passionate in the field of Engineering. I graduated from Temasek Polytechnic in May 2021 with a Diploma in Mechatronics with Merit with a cGPA of 3.79. I am currently studying at Singapore Institute of Technology, pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialisation in Design. I am looking to fill a full-time position as a Mechanical Design Engineer upon graduating. Wishing to use my knowledge and professional skills to help companies with their upcoming challenges and make an impact in other people's lives through my contributions. - Designed and fabricated climbing and lifestyle products, including pinch blocks, crimp wrestles, freestanding climbing walls, stackable benches, trophies, and custom furniture. - Conducted CNC machining tasks using Fusion 360 CAM, and produced accurate components using CNC routing, fencing, trim-routing, sanding, and manual woodworking. - Executed international fabrication orders, including a SGD $22,000 bulk production of 80 climbing volumes for Bump Bouldering in Malaysia. - Supported design and fabrication of a freestanding dry-tooling wall, applying structural considerations for dynamic loading. - Designed competition trophies and event display products for climbing competitions such as Setter’s Showdown, Boulderactive, and ClimbFest Carnival. - Ensured consistent quality through visual QC checks, fit testing, and finish validation. - Adapted quickly to tight deadlines, material challenges, and unexpected production issues. - Represented Kiihold at major local climbing events (NTU Transcend, NUS Boulderactive, ClimbFest Carnival). - Engaged with customers, demonstrated products, gathered user feedback, and supported brand presence. - Built strong collaboration skills through hands-on teamwork in a fast-paced fabrication environment.

• Posted to the Firefighting and Rescue Branch (FFRB) as a Firefighter Instructor • Undertaken 5 batches of Firefighter course (FFC) spanning 11 weeks each (88th - 92nd FFC) • Assisted Course Administrator (CA) in the conduct of firefighting training • Ensured the safety, well-being and discipline of trainees throughout the course • Ensured the overall conduct of trainees such as attendance and grades were up to satisfactory in order for them to be posted out as firefighters • Worked closely with the Deputy Rota Commander (DRC) during the Covid-19 period to keep track of trainees that were possibly infected to prevent the spread; minimising disruption to training whenever possible • Liaised with internal and external parties such as instructors in CDA and ST Logistics to ensure availability of serviceable equipment and appliances throughout the course prior to every firefighting lesson • Participated in the National Day Parade (NDP) 2022 as marching contingent, having attended half-day and full-day rehearsals every Wednesday and Saturday respectively for 4 months straight while managing an ongoing Firefighter Course (FFC) at the same time • Represented CDA in the SCDF Inter-Unit Climbing Competition.

As an Intern at the Clean Energy Research Centre in Temasek Polytechnic, not only was I was exposed to the new environment and working lifestyle, I was also exposed to the Clean Energy Industry. As a Research and Development Intern Engineer, my role was to do research and design for a project we were working on which was designing an electric scooter charging station that is energy conserving. I had to intensively research on electric scooter and charging station such as the safety features and circuits in a charging station, designs of both electric scooter and charging station and the list goes on. Not only that, I was also responsible for coming up with different designs of electric scooters and its charging station in CAD Drawing using Creo 5.0. I had to make precise calculations of the dimensions of the charging station while considering many factors such as the dimensions of the electric scooter, safety features, locking mechanism and electrical circuits.
