I assumed leadership of the club's operational activities, taking charge of structuring, organizing, and executing university competitions of national significance. My responsibilities encompassed overseeing all administrative processes, preparing event budgets, leading the logistics and branding team, as well as managing the sponsorship team. Furthermore, I held the responsibility of handling the YEF treasury and accounts both prior to and after the events took place.
I was entrusted with the management of the core logistics and branding team. My role involved effectively dividing event tasks among the team members and overseeing separate logistics groups to ensure smooth execution. I took charge of planning venue decorations, which included providing clear instructions to vendors, closely monitoring their work, and ensuring high-quality results. Additionally, I was responsible for procuring necessary materials for logistics operations while striving to minimize costs.
