1. Conduct product quality inspections on-site based on the client`s requirements and company practices. The inspection includes but is not limited to visual inspection, functional test, packaging check, etc. 2. Report product quality against the checklist and reference samples provided by the company or clients. 3. Prepare and submit inspection reports within the time frame. 4. Overseeing production processes, quality control, and coordinating with factories for timely inspections.

Checking all the stages of samples compared with tech-pack, BOM sheet, and buyers' comments. Conduct PP meetings and Follow-up and inspect the bulk production orders to ensure all the buyer’s standards are maintained. Conduct a product risk analysis program where the possibility of the process might go wrong but that is must go right. Provide technical support and follow-up work to all quality assurance and product safety measures functions for ensuring the acceptable quality of products to be shipped to buyers. Taking corrective actions and preventing faulty garments not to pack for shipment. Maintain a good system of communication and advised the supplier as soon as any problem may occur or develop so that it may be resolved immediately so that shipments can be executed without delay or problems. Conduct the Final AQL audit before the shipment. Provide IC to the suppliers and buyers for their records and report all the relevant concerns. Product or Buyer handling Primark, Matalan, BHS, M&Co., Dunnes, Babyshop, Crew Clothing, City Chic Collective Limited, Avenue, Evans, George, Evens (Woven, Knit, Sweaters, Sportswear), etc.
