I lead the Post-Purchase, Subscription, Intra and User Communication teams, both technically and operationally. Successfully oversaw the transition to Salesforce across services. Designed and launched a modern, scalable, stateless, event-driven chat infrastructure built with Golang. My teams develop services using Golang, Node.js, and Java. I’m responsible for technical guidance, delegation, and planning. Also led the delivery of mobile initiatives like Live Activities and Gamification.
Served as the domain lead for the Search Experience and Category Browsing teams. Built global search and mobile content services using Golang and GraphQL. Contributed to and implemented Server Driven UI architecture on mobile, enabling modular screen delivery. Worked with cross-functional teams in Singapore and Germany. Led migration, feature gap analysis, and system adaptation efforts while delegating and directing technical decisions.
Led the re-architecture of Banabi’s infrastructure on AWS Fargate and set up SOLR in cluster mode. Directed global migration efforts to Delivery Hero’s systems, overseeing data migration and implementation of missing features. Focused on team delegation and guided technical decision-making processes.
Managed the end-to-end development of the warehouse and inventory management system “Hangar” using serverless architecture on AWS. Led the technical design of modules like stock management, inventory audits, and ERP (Logo) integrations. Provided architectural leadership, technical mentorship, and development planning within the team.
Developed geolocation and search services for the Banabi project using .NET. Contributed to performance improvements and payment system integrations within the Search and Payment teams. Actively participated in architectural and technical decision-making processes.
Developed various web projects using PHP (Zend, Laravel), MySQL, and WordPress. Worked on E-learning platforms, implementing payment infrastructure and mobile support. Gained hands-on experience with AWS server management and delivered tailored enterprise solutions.
