Worked to identify program needs for a cross domain solution while working within the constraints of a contract missing requirements analysis. Updated current software to support current Discrepancy Reports while improving the code base and implementing best coding practices. Created automated pre-processing for programs needing additional data to match mission requirements using Java and Splunk dashboards. Achieved system accreditation on two highly complex systems to ICD (Intelligence Community Directive) 503 standards. Notable achievements: Received performance recognition for reducing manpower requirements by over 250 hours per year for the Orbital Analysis team. Worked as the technical lead on a $3.5 Million project, working from requirements analysis to final implementation and close out. Promoted better workflow and business flow through evaluating logs and creating dashboards in the Splunk logging tool. Implemented new change management tool / repository as an additional support project.

Worked to identify causes of program issues and worked to reduce risk while bringing a team of subject matter experts back onto the project timeline. Worked to create processes for deployment and scanning for security vulnerabilities. Notable achievements: Received “Top Program Employee” award while supporting a program in California. Automated creation and maintenance of over 150 VMware Virtual Machines and physical instances. Managed site installation of final production delivery, handling deployment and final production testing processes at the customer site. Worked with the delivery team to achieve final customer acceptance.
