As Principal Consultant, I led the Consulting practice while remaining hands-on in the delivery of complex client engagements. I was responsible for leading and developing a team of Consultants, setting technical direction, and acting as the organisation’s technical authority across projects. Alongside direct project delivery, I played a key role in defining technical and delivery strategy, supporting recruitment and capability development within the Consulting team, and providing technical assurance to ensure high standards of quality and consistency. I also partnered with sales and marketing to shape propositions, support bids, and strengthen the firm’s market positioning.
