Duties/Responsibilities: Lead HR Operation Team of Four Members. Lead Organizational Change Management Initiatives Lead Employee Gradation and salary structure Lead HR transformation towards Digital HR Creation of Various local tools / Applications like HRIS /Payroll software / Overtime / Leave. Taking care of statutory Matters like PF/ Full and Final settlement / Income Tax Deduction / HR Audit Ensure on time 100% accurate salary payment through Bank of 950 employees Managing various internal and external stake holders Building a high-performance culture with focus on performance and talent management Responsible for Staffing of all category of employees Conducting Orientation program of new employees. Develop and update different policies of the company. Plan and implement KPI based performance appraisal of employees in the organization. Ensure management of employee leave, late and punch. Participate in departmental head meeting regularly and resolving the issues. Take disciplinary action and handle grievances in the hospital. Ensure exit interview and suggest management for further action according to the findings of exit interview. Conduct training need assessment and prepare training calendar to conduct various departmental training. Introduced various employee recognition activities like Employee of the Month, CEO Awards, and Thanks Giving Days. Introduced employee scorecard. Any other task assigned by the management.

Work for knowledge development. Work for process improvement. Work for organizational development (OD). Work for restructuring of organization. Any other task assigned by group head of HR.
