Nazrul Smriti Sangsad-NSS is a non-government humanitarian developmental organization that is implementing the Community Engagement Project funded by World Vision Bangladesh. It includes technical programs of Health Nutrition and WASH, Child Protection and Education, and Community Engagement and Sponsorship. Duties and responsibilities 1. Planning, implementing, and coordinating the overall progress of the project activities to achieve the project goals and objectives. 2. Facilitate project plan development process. 3. Building M&E Capacity of the program team and community stakeholders. 4. Lead and development of effective and appropriate M&E systems, methodologies, and frameworks for measuring progress, learning, and impact at multiple levels. 5. Set optimum levels of learning, reporting, and accountability. 6. Support and contribute to the development and implementation of M&E systems, including M&E guidance and tools. 7. Support program staff in planning for and executing M&E, including data collection methodology and tools and data management, analysis, and use. 8. Establish a standardized M&E system at the project level, and support and contribute to developing a data management system through documentation, implementation, and reporting. 9. Prepare and develop the status reports to the project manager and as required by management. 10. Result-based monitoring and evaluation. 11. Ensuring close monitoring of the provided health services and nutritional facilities. 12. Collect, update, and process information related to the impact monitoring of health services at different levels. 13. Evaluate program effectiveness and monitor program expenditure as per budget. 14. Ensure M&E events documents, analyze information, and disseminate information with respective stakeholders. 15. Prepare document lessons learned, challenges, and best practices of the project and different stakeholders through visiting project areas.
1. Acted as the focal person of facility-based nutrition services. 2. Collaboration with UNHCR, BRAC, and GK on implementing integrated nutrition activities and CMAM programme among the Rohingya population. 3. Supervising facility-based nutritional screening of under-five children and pregnant and lactating women. 4. Identification of SAM, MAM children, and malnourished PLW and referral for OTP and TSFP of CMAM program. 5. Regular follow-up of SAM and MAM children, and malnourished PLW and providing IYCF services to improve feeding practices. 6. Providing training and supervising to community health and nutrition workers (CHNW) on basic nutrition, nutritional assessment, and referral mechanism of SAM and MAM children and malnourished PLW to integrated nutrition facilities of the CMAM program. 7. Supervision of nutrition measurer and nutrition register on detecting SAM, MAM children, and malnourished PLW and referral for OTP and TSFP of CMAM program from the facility. 8. Preparing weekly and monthly reports of referral, defaulter, admission, recovered SAM, MAM children, and malnourished PLW.

1. Acted as a focal person to implement nutritional and primary health care activities and give technical support. 2.
