With 17+ years experience in garments factory & Buying house at the Quality Assurance/quality control/quality inspections department & currently working with *celio sourcing limited(France headquarters) as a Quality controller. I am looking for a challenging position in the apparel industry & my ultimate career goal is to be the highest position of general management & be able to play a key role in the garment industry through utilization of my knowledge & experience. Ability to understand the inter-relationship & interactions among various disciplines of an organization. Ability to recognize and act creatively & effectively on problems and opportunities confronting an organization tools & techniques. Able to maintain the quality standard from fabric/trims inspection to finished product to meet the customer requirement. Striving to minimize the defect rate in order to ensure that all merchandise manufactured is accepted quality level. Have a sound knowledge of work place engineering + method improving techniques. Strong knowledge on product safety. After complete an product safety workshop at ITS (Intertek testing service) I had received a certificate on the Children's place product safety also received another certificate from YKK Bangladesh on the requirement of safety attaching(small components) after a successful training programmed.

    1. Making the weekly inspection schedules & submit to my manager. 2. Every season before start the bulk production conduct PRA (Product risk analysis) meeting with vendor based on confirmed styles/order. Highlighted the risk factor & provide necessary guidelines to vendor to overcome the possible problems. 3. Conduct the PPM by following PP comments. Before PPM check all the fabric, trims & accessories inspection report. 4. Conduct Inline inspection by following Approved sample & sample comments. If found any Non repairable issue then analysis the root cause & solve the issue immediately also provide the necessary guideline to the factory peoples. 5. Conduct the Finishing inline & take an idea about goods quality are acceptable level also make sure that packing way, folding & finishing accessories are attached correct way. If found any issue which may affect FRI results then & there alert the vendor. 6. After Inline inspection select the styles/pos which must need to conduct the FRI by celio* & which styles can go ahead with self-inspection. Make a chart & send to my managers for approval. 7. Conduct the FRI & release the CR immediately if goods quality are ok. If failed then provide necessary guidelines to the both party. 8. Maintain a QM chart per season. 9. Maintain a stock checking report (end of the season). 10. Provide necessary guidelines to the vendor regarding CDC requirements & asked them to perform all the testing as soon as possible. So that we can improve or solve the issue before FRI. 11. Doing internal wash & wear test per styles/colors by following care instructions to take an idea that the goods condition will be okay after home laundry to the end customers. 12. Upload all the inspection report in to the celio* SCM within 24 hours after conduct the inspection. 13. Strongly monitor the production status with the vendor per week once so that can avoid any delay shipment & possible shortage.
