Christian-Albrechts-University of Kiel shaped my expertise in power electronics, culminating in a Master's degree focused on predictive maintenance and thermal digital twins for power converters. My thesis addressed thermal management challenges to optimize cooling systems and system reliability, incorporating tools like Matlab and Typhoon HIL to explore converter topologies and renewable energy systems. At CAMCO, I contributed to innovative test systems by designing PCBs, ensuring compliance with IEC regulations, and performing functional safety and environmental testing. Collaborating with the team, we documented procedures and advanced hardware troubleshooting for seamless product integration. My goal remains to drive impactful solutions in power electronics and predictive maintenance.
• Design and develop test system (Test Racks, Needle adapters)for electronic devices and PCBs. • Develop test system protocol to do functional safety test, environmental test, burn in and module test of the device . • Documented test systems and procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in product testing. • Accompanied products from concepts to series production, ensuring seamless integration of new technologies. • Troubleshot and diagnosed errors in hardware prototypes, ensuring product quality and reliability. • Develop cable harness maintaining IEC rules and regulations.
• Developed hardware engineering skills on the Super Heart project at Kiel University, focusing on fault-tolerant energy delivery. • Utilized Altium, Matlab, and PCB soldering techniques to contribute to the project's success. • Collaborated with a team to ensure the efficiency and reliability of the energy hub system.
• Operated MAN diesel engine by controlling HFO, lube oil, air, water pressure, and temperature. • Managed substation equipment like transformers, relay panels, and power distribution systems. • Conducted parameter checks, record keeping, and fault diagnosis to ensure smooth substation operations. • Inspected electrical equipment, reported findings to the maintenance team, and ensured timely resolution of issues.
