Improving American healthcare by aligning incentives between payers and providers. In my tenure, I have operated within a variety of teams at all levels of the stack. I helped implement our next generation data platform enabling the company to ingest partner data such as claims faster and with no engineering intervention. I also contributed to the design of a declarative, configuration driven framework to surface care gaps, identified via claims data, to providers, along with specific steps and micro-incentives to close the care gap and improve the patient's care.
Building the future of customer support agent development, and making it a core pillar of the company. I lead a team of six engineers creating simple, flexible yet powerful user experiences - for example, a collaborative rich text editor where customer support team leads can quickly find actionable data points to coach their agents - built on Quill and React.
Exited 04/2022 - Acquired by romeobravosoftware.com - A flexible Property Management System for small and medium sized resorts, with a focus on Guest Ranches. - Features include inventory management, CRM, marketing, analytics and payments processing. - Gained valuable business experience managing a project with a technical cofounder, gathering requirements, learning lead generation, email marketing, tradeshow sales. - Designed the data-model, reservation system and user experience. - Single page, responsive web app built on Django + Django Rest Framework, Postgresql, Angular.js and Bootstrap.
- A meta-data driven admissions platform where applicants register, submit their application and are later on-boarded as students. - Responsively designed and optimized for worldwide accessibility (China, India). - The release was covered by several news outlets, including USA Today. - 3 programs planned, scaled to 10 programs and 15,000+ applicants in 6 months. - Processed several million dollars in revenue for the school. - Licensed the platform to other schools. - Presented the platform at the Salesforce Higher Ed Summit 2015. - Built on Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce.com data layer and Bootstrap.
