Responsible for day-to-day seamless functions on the Estate. Provide complete high-end service for principals and their families. Manage household staff, making sure principals' level of standards are met and engaged daily. Report directly to principals with time-sensitive issues and projects. Oversee all vendor relations, interview and vet all potential vendors, and maintain Estate maintenance schedule. Forecast and organize projects on the calendar, coordinating with the principal. Delegate and oversee all tasks and ensure they are carried out effectively and efficiently while maintaining a modicum of high-level service. Coordinate with neighboring Estate Managers for large events, functions, and/or community development projects. Maintain security on the Estate and ensure safety and welfare of principals and family is constant when traveling. Hire and interview new candidates. Direct report for PA, Chef, laundress, and maids. Oversaw the principal's mother staff of 6 as well. Hands-on supervision of a major construction project acting as the owner's representative. Scheduled meetings, vendors, worked on budgets, reviewed lengthy GC invoices, dealt with permitting and inspections from the plans to the CO.
Working for a private individual handling all aspects of their life. Oversee all finances by paying bills, setting up auto-pay on recurring expenses, review invoices from vendors, and pay staff. Coordinate all vendors who need access to the property. House and dog watch as needed. Maintain all vehicles. Process all mail and deliveries. Manage and coordinate all staff, catering, decorations for events and parties. Remotely manage 2 other properties outside of the state and assist in decision making for the Principal regarding remodeling, selling, and personnel at those locations.
