I'm particularly proud of my business experience and the opportunities I run into daily; my aim and goal for selling innovative ideas, products and solutions; the customers trust and confidence and the commitment of the people around me. I've worn many hats throughout my career - tester, salesperson, marketer or now recently strategist. As a result, each of this experiences, allows me to have an unique ability to take on new projects and challenges. No one is good at everything, that's why I aim at establishing and fostering close relationships with my customers and the people around me. After all, building strong foundations allows businesses to be successful.
By building sustainable customer engagement I aim at managing the development of the steel and metal trade in Poland. In this business I plan for long-term and short-term sales goals, as well as regional strategies to achieve business objectives.
I was responsible for both product planning and product marketing for cordless platform line. This included execution of all product lifecycle processes for tools, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, setting up for quarterly product launches. I strived at developing product positioning and key message that would differentiate Hilti and its features across primary market segments for tools.
Supporting Operations in selection, recruitment and management of external resources, across the range of languages and services provided by Lionbridge Games Services. I manage performance, negotiate contractual conditions and keep vendor data up to date all while maintaining a close relationship with vendors. My current responsibilities include but are not limited to: Development of robust network strategies through close coordination of procurement and project objectives, outsourcing needs, and knowledge and understanding of available/preferred vendor pools. Development, implementation and maintenance all aspects of the Vendor Management including vendor management related policies, standards, processes, and procedures. Ensure compliance with both local copyright and IP laws and sales terms. Expansion and upkeep a vendor classification matrix, classifying vendors based on tier and risk.
Providing ongoing support to operational departments in the selection, recruitment and management of external resources and vendors. Building relationships with suppliers, negotiating cost and developing agreements customized to meet the client's individual needs. Other responsibilities included but were not limited to: Optimizing sourcing procedures to attain maximum efficiency. Performing cost and scenario analysis. Estimating risks and applying risk minimizing actions.
Provided guidance, instruction, and leadership to localization and certification testers in order to ensure quality levels by constantly being engaged in all the steps of the QA process. Worked closely with the client to guarantee an effective and productive working environment.
Working as an account manager I was tasked with building and maintaining a strong, trustworthy relationship with automotive clients by ensuring high quality services. The above-mentioned responsibility included negotiating contracts with existing and future business partners, serving as the lead point of contact for all customer management matters and coordinating with other departments, working on the same account, ensuring timely and successful deliveries of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
