Nuclear professional with technical and project management experience across the fuel cycle, radioactive waste management and particle accelerators — built in national industry, R&D, startups and international organisations. Co-founder and president of the Society des Professionnels Italiens du Nucléaire en France (SPIN). Currently focused on advanced nuclear technology and lead fast reactor core design at newcleo.
⚛ Lead for PWR core design and safety projects: technical proposal and execution, cost estimation and budgeting, scheduling and deliverable monitoring, ⚛ Coordinate and supervise engineering teams, and ⚛ Manage multiple interface with clients, account managers and technical departments.
⚛ Core physics calculations (neutronics, thermal hydraulics, fuel performance) for French PWR fleet, ⚛ In-core UOX and MOX fuel management analysis for PWRs, and ⚛ Licensing and safety analysis reporting for regulatory compliance and operational safety.
Technical secretary serving the NEA Radioactive Waste Management Committee (RWMC) for developing and implementing international projects and working groups about the nuclear fuel cycle back-end. Main areas: ⚛ Information management systems & nuclear knowledge management, and ⚛ Safety cases for geological disposal repository.
In-house SOGIN consultant leading as scientific secretary the RepMet initiative, aimed at the investigation of metadata systems for long-term preservation of radioactive waste repository safety case information.
Elaboration of the "Radioactive Waste National Inventory" to support the preliminary design of the Italian national facility for the VLLW/LLW near-surface disposal and the ILW/HLW & spent fuel interim storage.
Further investigation of the M.Sc.Thesis subject and presentation of research results at international conference (ENEA TOP-IMPLART project).
