1. Carry out research on the analysis of centralized land auctions in key cities. Assist to provide relevant real estate market report. Assist to establish relationship with potential partners, collect and sort out investment opportunities. 2. Participate in differenct investment phases of real estate projects, such as conducting financial calculation and feasibility report during the pre-investment, conducting due diligence during investment phase, and participate in the design of the exit structure in the post-investment phase. A. During the pre-investment phase, carry out project development, site investigation, market analysis, key terms negotiation, etc. B. During the investment phase, complete the financial calculation, investment decision report. Participate in due diligence, structure the share transaction deal process, negotiate on main business terms of the contract, etc. Oversee the whole investment procedure until the project is obtained (subject to the acquisition of land certificate or completion of the change of registration). Coordinate with law firms, accounting firms and other professional institutions. C. During the post-investment phase: structure the exit of previous invested projects.
