Reporting to the division manager, worldwide responsible for technical sales, customer technical assistance, sales forecasting, product development, market and competitors survey. Special assignments: Drilling Fluids additives business and s-PVC South East Asia business development.
Reporting to the Chemical Coordinator, I was responsible for short and long range production planning, quality assurance, REACH and GMP (direct/indirect food contact application) compliance in the hydrocarbon solvent business. Special assignment: production cost optimization, inventory cost improvement and transfer pricing. Team was formed by 4 people and I was also back up of: process engineer and logistic manager. Additional activity: manufacturing troubleshooting, manufacturing optimization, project development (collaborating for injection skid, sampling points and loading bay substitution), truck loading, dispatching and documents compliance (DAA Italian tax recovery).
