I am a sustainability leader with over twenty years years of global experience. My expertise is in helping businesses to: - reduce costs - win new business - reduce risks and foster resilience - satisfy regulatory requirements, and - meet stakeholder expectations. I've worked extensively with multinationals, SMEs, public sector agencies, and international NGOs — helping them integrate sustainability across functions and value chains. Previously, I led international market entry for AXA Climate, and managed former US Vice-President Al Gore's environmental programs across 19 countries. Developing a workforce ready to deliver on the sustainability transition has never been more important. In partnership with Skillnet, we design and deliver premium training programs around climate risk, sustainability, nature, circularity, supply chains, and water. Last year alone, we worked with 700 companies, helping to upskill over 1,700 professionals across all sectors. My work also enables the Green Skills 2030 roadmap and includes: • B2B supports through upskilling and reskilling opportunities for employees • program and content development • promoting career opportunities arising from development of skills for the transition, and • expanding the design and delivery of FET green skills programmes. .
• Relocated to Europe after spending most of my career across Australia, Asia-Pacific and Africa. • Also used this transition time in studying for the Company Directors Course qualification.
AXA Climate is a scale-up within the global AXA re/insurance group. It provides enterprise solutions in training, consulting, sustainable finance, and parametric insurance. I was responsible for expanding our services into the Australia and New Zealand markets, while supporting rapid growth across global markets. .
