As Content Producer of Clean Your Toilet (CYT), I lead the development of a thought leadership platform focused on the human dimensions of leadership, identity, relationships, and transformation. My role spans season design, guest curation, narrative development, pre-interview facilitation, content strategy, and production. Working with leaders, founders, creatives, and public figures, I help create conversations that move beyond performance and success into the deeper realities of growth, meaning, resilience, and becoming. Through these conversations, CYT seeks to contribute to a more reflective, self-aware, and human-centred approach to leadership and life.
Lead InnerWork Circle's ICF Accredited Level 2 Coach Accelerator Program, developing coaches who combine coaching mastery, deep inner work, and business acumen to create transformational outcomes and build sustainable coaching practices. Partner organizations across APAC through leadership development programs, executive coaching engagements, group coaching initiatives, and team coaching interventions. Design and facilitate customized interventions that strengthen leadership effectiveness, stakeholder influence, communication, collaboration, and organizational impact.
