- Information systems department - Local and international IT management to more than 30 subsidiaries around the world - Responsible for the smooth functioning of the infrastructure and operational environments - Support user operations of current business systems - Identify business needs and gather system requirements - Design, develop and implement new systems, policies and procedures - Lead and coordinate an internal 5-man technical team (planning, scheduling, supervision...) - Manage IT vendors: projects, tasks, priorities and their relationships - Manage the maintenance and upgrade of the IT systems - Lead incidents resolution - Design and implement backups - Design and implement a high grade of security at all levels - Ensure monitoring is working and allows for proactivity - Ensure documentation is useful, concise and up to date
