About

Organisations develop when people, structures and meaning are consciously shaped. For over 10 years, I've worked across international Sales, Brand Strategy and People & Organisational Development – not as separate chapters, but as one consistent question: what makes teams and structures truly effective? My answer: clarity of roles, structured feedback, leadership that enables autonomy, and systems that hold complexity without constant intervention. MY IMPACT At MAI xpose360 (2021–2025): → Started during COVID into a dispersed remote team – built collaboration frameworks, digital onboarding & offboarding, and knowledge infrastructure from scratch → Designed career frameworks & role profiles: transparent development paths, fewer conflicts, more open conversations → Piloted OKR in my own team, rolled out company-wide – individual and team goals connected for the first time; result: higher engagement, autonomy and ownership → Standardised feedback for 90 people via Personio – 360° development transparent and actionable for the first time → Contributed to 30% revenue growth through stable team performance and governance structures Before that: → Head of Sales at CATCHYS: built sales from zero with founders &Investors – Pitch Decks, processes, team (0→3); +80% B2B revenue → Brand Strategy Lead at Peter Kaiser: repositioned 180-year-old premium brand, 1.1M€ budget responsibility → International Sales at Kennel & Schmenger: +65% revenue growth, market entry Asia, Americas, Europe I connect OD with business impact using systemic approaches – ECA-certified coach & team developer. WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR New challenges in Organisational Development, People& Culture or Change & Transformation – 30h/week, hybrid in Munich or remote. If you're building something that needs structure, culture and people to work together – let's connect. #OrganisationalDevelopment #PeopleDevelopment #ChangeManagement #SystemicCoaching #HRTransformation
