I’m Mark and I passionately believe there's a way of delivering change that makes sure the time and investment spent genuinely achieves positive results. Successful change needs to be built upon how we think and behave as humans and our deep seated need for connection and trust...it's about enabling people to want to make the change rather than telling them they have to. Delivering that feeling inside an organisation is magnetic and will unlock significant competitive advantage for those who do it. In the 27 years I've worked in the UK and internationally, I’ve led outcome focused communication for many significant transformation and change programmes and initiatives including four large merger and acquisitions, strategy and cultural renewals, digital transformations and the huge upheaval of the Covid pandemic. I have supported a broad range of private and public sector organisations, their leaders, managers and people positively navigate landmark change - they've thrived through it not just survived...and realised the benefits.
