I am the CEO of Bridge Strategy AI, where I partner directly with founders, executive teams, and investors to translate strategy into execution. My work sits at the center of growth, spanning operating cadence, cross functional alignment, product and AI platform prioritization, capital strategy, go to market execution, and board level decision making. I am typically brought in at moments of scale, complexity, or strategic inflection, when execution discipline and alignment are critical. In parallel, I serve as Executive Director and Board Member of C100, a highly influential organization of over 400 technology founders, operators, and investors focused on accelerating Canada’s most ambitious AI and technology companies. The role blends strategy, mentorship, and program design with hands on execution across founders, operators, investors, corporate partners, and government stakeholders in both Canada and Silicon Valley. I bring more than 30 years of operating leadership across Silicon Valley and Canada as a founder, CEO, board member, product executive, and senior operator. I have led organizations through early scale, rapid growth, platform and AI prioritization, and major operating transitions, with direct ownership across product, partnerships, business development, and go to market execution. I am known for creating clarity, setting operating rhythm, and driving cross functional execution at scale. Prior roles include CEO at Filld and Zerve, SVP of Strategy, Business, and Product at Lacuna, VP and GM at StumbleUpon, and senior leadership roles at eBay, Apple, Adobe, and Palm. Earlier, I co founded Lipstream Networks, an enterprise VoIP company backed by Sequoia Capital and others. Through Bridge Strategy AI, I most often engage on company wide strategy and execution, operating cadence and prioritization, product, technology, and AI investment decisions, growth and capital planning including fundraising, cross functional alignment across product, GTM, and operations, and executive and board level decision support. * Built a significant D2C / B2B sustainable energy transportation business, delivering a next-century mobile "fueling" (gas / electric) city-based infrastructure for meeting the increasing sustainable energy demand for vehicles (personal, commercial, shared-use ...) * Filld's business is a flexible, scalable, capital efficient, SaaS energy delivery platform for last mile vehicle fueling delivering the energy vehicles need - whether gas, electric, or alternative fuels. Filld is the first energy agnostic mobile fueling infrastructure.
