In 2015, I started working as a software developer at BilgeAdam, where I later worked as Team Lead and Assistant Unit Manager. I recently managed more than 15 people in 3 different teams During this time, I was involved in development and process management in both internal and external projects. I completed projects for Mercedes Benz Turkey and Daimler EvoBus for specific customer needs. In addition, I participated in the development and project/team management processes in multiple modules of BilgeAdam's Human Capital Management (HCM) project and Trendyol's human resources transformation project.
*Human Resources Management System - Trendyol: It is a project for the transformation of human resources management processes. *Sales Offer Change Request System - Daimler EvoBus, Germany: SOCRS is a project for managing the requests in the sales offer together with flexible process flows. *Human Capital Management (HCM): It is a project that covers all end-to-end Human Resources processes. *Procedure request for funding - Daimler EvoBus, Germany: Combines the financial business processes under a single project to create flexible process flows *Change Request Management System - Mercedes Benz Turkey (MBT): Managing project-based change requests with generic workflows.
