Experienced CEO with a proven ability to build growth and strong culture through commercial leadership and operational excellence. I have led sales organizations across distribution, B2B, B2C and eCommerce — primarily with premium brands and clear growth potential. Commercially, I bring solid experience within sales and distribution of technical products, financial reporting and analysis, full PnL responsible, turn-around processes, cashflow and liquidity management, and M&A. I combine a sharp business mindset with an entrepreneurial and pragmatic approach – delivering both top- and bottom-line growth in the companies I lead. Over the past years, I have built extensive expertise in applying AI to daily business operations and embedding it across the value chain to drive efficiency, scalability and better decision-making. This includes hands-on development through vibe coding in Lovable, where I have built a full-stack intranet and process management system supporting the entire operation – from workflows and reporting to internal communication and knowledge sharing. I see AI not as a tool in isolation, but as a strategic capability that, combined with strong leadership and clear processes, accelerates execution and frees up the organization to focus on growth and customers.
