I developed an evaluation model and a unique adopted approach for Esports Teams, which enabled us to sign contracts with multiple sports organizations. With a multi-stage feedback iteration process, I guided the teams in finding and attracting sponsors. We paid particular attention to the key messages and needs to match the content to the sponsor's interests.
