Responsible for the Fixed Network Technical Assurance for all consumer customers, handling 800k complaints/year. Leading a team of 10 engineers, 40 consultant and an external Help Desk of 150 people. Accountable for the E2E customer experience through the technical complaint, in charge of performing budget review and producing reports for senior managers and the CTO.
Responsible for the design and optimization of radio access network in Tuscany, with particular focus on 4G network rollout plan. Leading a team of seven engineers that designed 80 new coverage stations and 400 4G upgrades to existing ones.
