About the project: Enterprise-wide upskilling program that delivers Informatics competencies across the entire Philips organization to support transitioning to SaaS business model. - Led the planning and scheduling of informatics skill-based training programs for senior leaders and practitioners, effectively managing internal and 3rd party trainers to meet given resources and timelines. - Developed engaging learning activation content, including yammer posts, videos, email campaigns, and in-person presentations, to support the delivery of critical upskilling programs. - Created learning journeys, interventions, and engagement strategies to improve learner retention and success in key programs. - Co-organized and executed a multi-day Global Learning Summit event for an audience of over 2400 employees, featuring keynote speakers and interactive sessions. - Worked within a dynamic and innovative HR team, adopting an Agile approach to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
