Graduated from Singapore Management University (SMU) obtaining a bachelor’s degree in business management with a double major in Marketing Analytics and Operation Management. Having lived in various countries such as Singapore, Myanmar, Hong Kong and Japan, allowed me to have a skill in adapting easily in new environments and to be able to communicate and comfortable with various type of people.
- Led end-to-end project lifecycle activities, including requirements gathering, timeline coordination, deployment planning, and team management. - Facilitated clear and effective communication between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment on service design and delivery. - Delivered comprehensive training sessions to both front-end and back-end users, ensuring smooth adoption and operational readiness.
- As the operation application lead, facilitates the swift resolution of both front-end and back-end issues by effectively communicating with the client, users and developers - Daily responsibilities encompass coordinating operational tasks, overseeing timely deployments for fixes, managing change request projects, and concurrently providing training to interns. - Achieved successful completion of 5 change request projects, which involved tasks such as gathering business requirements, documentation, testing changes in the SIT environment, and facilitating user acceptance testing.
