• Develop and create the annual marketing plan and media plan for the DACH, BENELUX, UK and IRE regions • Share of responsibility for our marketing budget, planning and managing the budget • Developing Omni-channel campaigns (offline: catalogs, flyers and direct mailings, online: website, SEA, SEO, social media, affiliate, display and voice: call-center) • Planning and coordination of efficient and effective European and local campaigns with clear objectives, through clear briefings of all involved departments • Provide guidance to junior colleagues on campaign implementation and management • Responsibility for trainees and interns in the team • Constant contact with cross-functional and cross-national teams and stakeholders (such as creative, media production, print, finance, communications, BI and online channels)
• Develop and manage marketing campaigns, throughout all marketing channels such as online, offline (catalogues and flyers) and voice in different regions (DACH, BENELUX, France, UK and IRE) • Choose the most appropriate medium for campaigns and promotions such as Emails, Homepage, Social Media, Print or Customer Service • Monitor, evaluate and report on effectiveness and progress of marketing campaigns that generate traffic and increase sales • Ensure the development of custom-made trade promotions • Brief all involved departments to ensure a smooth roll-out of the campaigns • Working closely with SEO, Social Media, CRM, Customer Marketing, Email Marketing, Product Advertising, Creative Department, Business Intelligence and Product Managers to increase sales on specific product groups • Supporting on acquisition of new customers through Display, Affiliate, SEA and SEO with relevant campaigns and relevant marketing content • Ensure successful product launches
• Production and communication of marketing, sales and business reports to clients via email or in person • Analysis of marketing activities (including email distributions and media campaigns) and their impact on sales • Web analytics • Production of market analysis, competitors analysis and others analyses for internal stakeholders (including Marketing, Sales, Project Management, PR, CRM Marketing, and Affiliate Marketing departments) • Close collaboration with other international marketing teams • Maintenance, continual optimization and training of other staff on analysis tools • Development of knowledge in project management , trade marketing and social media • Organization and management of marketing studies • Community Management • Projektmanagement
Participation in national and international events, trade fairs and promotion projects
