About

I am a Senior Managing Director and Client Group Lead for the Health and Public Service industry group in Australia and new Zealand. I have 30 years of experience working with our local, regional and global clients with a focus on transformative change. I lead a team of dedicated professionals who assist businesses and government agencies across the region by providing expertise in business and digital transformation, strategy, applied intelligence and operations. Our work includes projects and initiatives that focus on enterprise transformation, combining technology acceleration, process improvement and strategic change management to deliver improved staff and customer experiences and better outcomes. After entering the field with a B.Sc. (Hon) in Statistics and Applied Mathematics from the University of Melbourne, I wanted to take the opportunity to make a positive contribution to society. I have spent much of my career working in Government and Health, working in a number of areas including Defence, Immigration, Licensing, Human Services and Education. Bringing my background in change management and business architecture, and keen interest in the transformative power of technology, I have worked on a number of project and program management from the very strategic early work through to large scale transformation projects. I enjoy working with clients and teams to build commitment and buy-in to the transformation strategy, and to mobilize the team to execute on that vision. I live in Sydney and spend much of my time with my husband and children and our dog. I enjoy cooking, reading and doing yoga, and work with local bush regeneration groups to make a contribution to protecting and restoring the local environment. If you are interested in making a difference through improving and transforming Australian organisations across the public and government spectrum, send a request through LinkedIn and let me know how Accenture can help. I look forward to connecting with you!

I joined the ABS as a graduate, and worked in a number of placements - including the Motor Vehicle Survey, and the Business Activity Survey before moving to the Labour Statistics Analysis Unit. The ABS produces a range of employment, earnings, and economic data, and the role of this unit was to analyse data from multiple sources and prepare reports, analysis, communications, press releases, published research articles and inputs to government white papers. My key areas of research and publication included a profile of the long-term unemployed, cyclical impacts on differences in public and private sector wages, and differences in male and female earnings.
