Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
I'm Director of Real Estate Development and Delivery at Osool in Riyadh. Osool is a GOSI-owned (KSA public pension fund) semi-government real estate platform. I advise senior leadership on technical feasibility and infrastructure planning for new developments or acquisitions. I have experience oversee planning, budgeting, and execution of capital improvement projects and major renovations. Serve as the primary liaison between ownership, design teams, contractors, and hotel operations for project coordination. My current active programmes total approximately SAR 7 billion across mixed-use, hospitality, residential, retail, and land. Some vanity metrics below for scale: • ~1,500 to 1,800 hospitality keys (active reposition plus precinct hospitality in design) • ~1,500 to 2,500 residential units (refurbishment in tender-ready state plus precinct new-build in design) • ~200,000 to 250,000 m² of new office in design • ~140,000 m² of existing retail under revitalization, plus ~40,000 to 45,000 m² of new retail and F&B in design • ~45,000 to 55,000 m² of entertainment in design • ~40,000 to 50,000 m² of healthcare and education land-lease components in design • ~1.5 million m² of land bank in development Fifteen years across real estate and capital projects in KSA, the UAE, and Canada. Started contractor-side, moved to PMC consultancy, and now with a developer. What I bring to the seat is the investment-to-delivery arc end to end, plus PMO governance across the live programmes. Having worked the many sides of the table gives me a sharper read on what should actually get built, where it creates value, and what holds together in delivery.
