• Led a team of architects and assistants on site with the delivery of construction drawings for a 35.000 m² net-zero commercial building (Timber Square) at Stage 5. Coordinated MEP services design by reviewing trades’ drawings and documentation on ACONEX for compliance with architectural design. Managed BIM model on ACC and coordinated BIM workflows both internally and externally. Mentored junior architects, providing guidance on design, project and BIM management best practices. • Developed spatial design studies, and coordinated MEP services design at Stage 2 while managing sitewide BIM integration across disciplines for a masterplan study in City of London around 80.000m². • Produced Stage 3 spatial coordination studies for the retrofit of a Grade II listed 1.124m² building in Belgravia where two existing Victorian town houses are adapted into high-end contemporary office space. • Produced detailed Stage 4 technical design and tender drawings + documentation while managing BIM model and clash detection with consultants for a 9.300m² life sciences building in Camden.
• Produced Stage 4 tender drawings for 242 residential units and a multi-storey car park over 100.000m² within an integrated masterplan, ensuring compliance, resolving complex interfaces, and facilitating multidisciplinary collaboration. • Delivered Stage 5 construction drawings for a hotel and retail expansion of a 47.000m² shopping centre.
