I’m a Product Quality Manager at Apple, where I work at the intersection of engineering, manufacturing, and execution to deliver reliable, high-quality products at scale. My experience spans end to end product quality starting from development and supplier readiness to mass production and continuous improvement In parallel, I’m the co-founder of 108Journeys, a mindful travel and retreat company curating immersive yoga, meditation, and spiritual journeys rooted in cultural heritage and conscious exploration. Across both roles, I’m motivated by the same principles: building thoughtful systems, maintaining high standards, and creating experiences that people trust—whether that’s a consumer product used by millions or a journey that impacts lives in a more personal way.

As a Quality Engineer, I have had the privilege of contributing to the launch of numerous Apple products. Notably, I played a pivotal role in the development of the first-ever Magic Keyboard for iPad and the first-ever Pro XDR display and Mac Pro. Additionally, I lead the launch of the first-ever dual-port power adapter. Furthermore, I briefly worked with the audio team, where I spearheaded the launch of AirPods3 Throughout my tenure at Apple, I have also amassed extensive experience in managing customer complaints through Early Field Failure Analysis (EFFA) and Quality in Field (QiF) • Led new product introduction (NPI) and high-volume manufacturing programs at Apple. • Specialized in failure analysis, supplier quality, and design for manufacturability. • Utilized data analytics and machine learning to enhance yield, reliability, and cost efficiency. • Contributed to the successful launch of products including Airpods3, Power adaptors, Power supply units for Server, Mac Mini, HomePod & Displays, components for Mac Pro, MacBook, & Magic Keyboard for iPad
Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with Apple product operation teams in applying Machine Learning to industrial problems and situations • Develop Machine Learning solutions for automatic inspection in assembly lines • Deliver projects end-to-end: problem statement and conceptualization, proof-of-concept, and participation in final deployment • Perform ad-hoc statistical and data science analyses to generate seamless business intelligence solutions • Conduct design of experiments and analyze data using advanced data analytics tools to solve quality related issues
