Assisted with the preparation of the communication plan and responsible for ensuring that all initiatives remained on track. Utilized ADKAR modeling to limit resistance to organizational change.

Applied advanced statistical methods to identify trends, diagnose underlying causes of environmental degradation, and develop actionable, evidence-based recommendations. Appointed as the President of the National Honor Society after two years as a member for being a role model in service, leadership, scholarship, and character. I was responsible for leading weekly meetings of a group of 20 members, team building activities and recruitment of new members, planning and leading school-wide events like the talent show, ushering events, and charitable causes.
