As part of my role I have wide ownership on full lifecycle recruiting - source, attract and hire the best talent for Intel's future needs. Planning & executing effective and efficient recruitment strategies needed to acquire top talent. -Working closely with the business unit in order to establish a recruiting strategy. Consulting the hiring manager throughout the whole hiring process -PM of unique recruitments projects, include design an execution. Creating a complex process and infrastructure from scratch. - Sourcing in a large range of sourcing channels (social media, college recruiting, external organizations, “traditional” channels, etc.) while considering ROI, monitoring & measuring effectiveness. - Applying knowledge of the Business environment and labor market Intelligence in order to enable the translation of the business imperatives into sourcing strategies that meet not only the current business need but also drives the creation of talent pipelines for Intel future needs. - Responsibility for Job offer development, factoring in internal equity analysis, salary matrix, benefits, and attraction & retention aspects.
The position includes: Identifying and understanding the needs of the hiring manager and thinking out side of the box. Optimizing the process of how and where to find the right candidates, by using various media channels and long-term strategic thinking on relevant and unique profiles that can match the requested position. Thinking and executing projects from the initiative, to the perpetration (including design, contacting all relevant interfaces, etc.) in order to bring the best candidates for the required positions. Working on projects, in favor of recruiting and creating databases with relevant candidates and unique needs of the business.
