• Serve as the primary attorney for multiple lines of business and the non-profit partners, counseling staff, drafting, explaining, and negotiating a broad range of agreements including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, Event Agreements, and employment agreements. • Manage grantmaking, charitable fundraising, separation, and sunset of nonprofit projects. • Work across departments to develop user-friendly policies, guidance, and templates for non-lawyers. •Work across departments to provide accurate and timely legal advice to staff, as requested. • Provide legal guidance and compliance training to staff and answer routine questions regarding contracts formation, review, negotiations, and implementation.

Junior staff member of the MHMR Legal Team. Responsibilities include: - Taking staff statements and preparing affidavits as assigned. - Drafting correspondence, legal memos, board resolutions, reports and legal pleadings. - Investigating and researching legal matters and issues. - Providing support in compliance matters and clients rights issues. - Review and respond to subpoenas and Public Information Act requests. - Assist in preparing staff for court testimony
