I spent four months working at Ted Baker’s head office as part of the E-commerce operations team during the busy Christmas period. My role involved processing global refunds from Ted Baker’s e-commerce platform. Working as part of a small operations team, I demonstrated my ability to prioritise multiple tasks efficiently, meeting and exceeding daily targets, while being supportive and a team player. Key elements on the role, included: - Maintaining the returns database, ensuring accuracy, working methodically and liaising with senior colleagues to resolve any issues quickly. - Coordinating customer refunds via phone, delivering excellent customer service.
