I am a mission-driven program and operations professional with experience building things from scratch (programs, workflows, systems, and communities) and making sure they run well once they exist. I thrive at the intersection of people and process: I love the relationship-building side of this work just as much as the logistics, the documentation, and the details that make everything actually happen. My background spans nonprofit development, event and program management, cross-functional operations, and donor engagement. I have planned and executed events from intimate gatherings to 600+ person conferences, built donor engagement programs that grew to 100+ constituents from zero, trained teams on data systems, and served as the operational connective tissue between leadership strategy and on-the-ground execution. I was promoted within 7 months in my most recent role — which I think says something about how I show up. Outside of work, I am deeply connected to the Jewish community and have lived and worked in Israel, experiences that have shaped both my values and my professional perspective. I bring that same sense of purpose to everything I do — whether the mission is explicitly Jewish or not. I am open to opportunities across nonprofit, corporate, and mission-driven organizations where strong execution, genuine care, and organizational excellence are valued. If that sounds like your team, I would love to connect.
