Performance Management & Leadership Advisory (Hands-on Style) • Coach managers on how to manage people and performance. • Help managers handle difficult employee conversations. • Guide leaders to make fair decisions about people issues. • Support performance reviews and role changes. • Give advice on employee stress, emotions, and mental health concerns.
