As Elanco’s APAC Recruitment Manager, I lead a team of 7 recruiters in Malaysia and India, reporting directly to the Director, Global Talent Acquisition at US Headquarters. Malayan Flour Mills Berhad is an established billions ringgit public listed food manufacturing company. We aspire to be a leading food manufacturing enterprise in the region and have diversified businesses from flour milling to raw materials trading and integrated poultry business as well as aquaculture business. The integrated poultry business includes a comprehensive chain of feed milling, day-old chicks breeding and trading, broiler and breeder farming, poultry products processing and sale of poultry products. 1. Understand the talent needs within the business and ensure our pipeline can deliver the requirements 2. Handle the end to end talent acquisition process and source for multiple positions for HQ and Plant level. 3. Provide support to Human Resource Business Partners at manufacturing plants and farms on all talent acquisition related activities, policies and procedures 4. Be part of the panel of interviewers to provide advice to the hiring managers on the suitability of the candidates. 5. Administer psychometric assessments to candidates and brief hiring managers on the results of assessments. 6. Participate in various employer branding activities such as university career talks, career fairs, strategic partnership with schools etc. 7. Process talent acquisition administrative activities such as the administration of salary proposal, offer letter, coordination of medical check-up, collection of documents etc. 8. Ensure that all news staffs feel welcomed by assisting in the various on-boarding initiatives 9. To ensure timely reporting on the status of talent acquisition activities
1. Work closely with our Client’s HR and Hiring Manager in term of understanding about their recruitment requirement and develop the sourcing plan to generate candidate pools for the job opening. 2. Sourcing the right candidate via head hunt, job portal, internal company database, networking referrals and networking sites. 3. Perform pre-screening process, including initial assessment, phone interviews to enhance the quality and relevancy of the shortlisted candidates for our Client’s HR and Hiring Manager. 4. Prepare candidates for client interviews, salary negotiation and conduct reference checks as and when required. 5. Follow up with candidate on the successfully hiring after on boarding at client site. 6. New business development and generate new orders from existing clients. 7. Accountable to track and generate weekly activity reports to the management.

Making outbound calls to C-level professionals, head of department or decision maker from MNCs in Asia Pacific and Middle East actively selling and marketing our premium conference and training products over the phone. 5. Able to understand the customer’s needs through effective listening and questionings skills.
