As an Academic Rep for the Neuroscience and Behaviour Module, I was responsible for the collection of feedback from our year group of over 400 students, though surveys and in-person discussions. Along with my colleague, we communicated feedback faculty staff through meetings, aiming to improve the content, structure, and delivery of the module for future medical students. We were able to restructure the order and delivery of anatomy teaching, reflecting the feedback of our peers.
