I have been doing leadership development for college athletes for over ten years. I am grateful for this experience and all that I learned. I am an experienced public speaker to small and large groups. I have learned how to lead a team as small as two and as large as twenty five. I have learned how to have difficult conversations and address hard topics, all in a way that maintain deep relationships. I was given the opportunity to cross cultures and learn from people who are different from me, and I will be forever grateful for that. I have worn many hats that include event planning, fund development, and team leader. I enjoy working with people and I am excited for where this will take me in my career.
I handle all things related to our clients, starting from client acquisition, through sales, all the way to the thank you card I write to them after I collect the final payment. I enjoy every aspect of the relationship building.
