I have been rising in leadership positions throughout the past few years and have found a specialty in wine and spirit sales. With a focus on team building and personal discipline I am continuing to grow in to my potential.
Was responsible for running the front and back end of the store. Worked with sales representatives to bring in new product, monitored inventory, determined pricing for product based on profit margins, created and received product orders based on our current inventory and the needs of the customer, led a team responsible for the upkeep of the storefront, and actively searched for new opportunities to develop the business and increase customer relationships.
Worked independently and with others to operate store, assisted customers with finding wine and spirits, and handled most marketing for the company.
Began as floor staff (concession stand, box office sales, and usher), was promoted to Associate Manager in charge of employee training. In charge of running show schedule, customer service, and leading floor staff team.
