Max has over 15 years of experience in securitization and capital markets. Prior to joining Natixis, Max was at S&P Global Ratings in its Non-Traditional ABS team working on deals backed by a variety of assets including commercial aircraft, data centers, timeshare loans, shipping containers, small business loans, and railcars. Before S&P Global, Max worked as a Fellow at US Securities and Exchange Commission, Office of Structured Finance. Max has a MS in Financial Engineering from Baruch College and MS in Aerospace Engineering from National University of Ukraine.
