At HUMANOO, I co-led the company from early product-market-fit to international expansion and ultimately a successful exit to TELUS Health. After the acquisition, I took ownership of the full integration and rebranding, accelerating growth while making the business profitable with a double-digit EBITDA Growth. Churn down eightfold, ARR per FTE tripled, NDR up more than 50 percent, engagement scores from 6.2 to 8.2, Rule of 40 at 70 percent. Today, I continue to lead the team under the TELUS Health Engage brand, where we drive innovation for TELUS Health globally and create synergies across markets worldwide. My leadership philosophy is simple: clarity, accountability, and genuine care for people. I build teams that operate fast, think rigorously, and challenge each other to raise the bar. In December 2025, rebranded Humanoo into TELUS Health The Humanoo Product became TELUS Health Engage
- Led the company together with the Founder from early Product-Market-Fit - Led a successful international Exit to TELUS Health, - Owned Post-Acquisition Integration & Rebranding, even accelerating growth post-acquisition - Turned the Company around to accelerate growth while turning a profit, with hyper growth and double-digit EBITDA margin (Rule of 40 at 70%) - KPIs: ARR Churn down 8x, ARR/FTE 3x, Net Dollar Retention +50%, Employee Engagement score from 6.2 to 8.2/10 - Expanded the Company to have clients over 15+ countries - Grew the team size from 30 to 110+ amazing professionals - Rolled-out Gen AI and drove adoption, with 15+ team-generated Copilots 2 weeks after program start - In Oct. '24, was made (late) Co-Founder by Philip Pogoretschnik
