My career has been built around turning high-potential companies into high-performance organizations, where strategy, execution, and people move in the same direction. At HUMANOO, I co-led the company from early product-market-fit to international expansion and ultimately a successful exit to TELUS Health. After the acquisition, I took ownership of the full integration and rebranding, accelerating growth while making the business profitable with a double-digit EBITDA Growth. Churn down eightfold, ARR per FTE tripled, NDR up more than 50 percent, engagement scores from 6.2 to 8.2, Rule of 40 at 70 percent. Today, I continue to lead the team under the TELUS Health Engage brand, where we drive innovation for TELUS Health globally and create synergies across markets worldwide.
