Responsible for the entire operation & construction management of the project. - Liaise and coordinate with Engineering Manager, Procurement Manager, Project Safety Manager, Project Quality Manager, Discipline Managers & Sub-contractors. - Manage the construction and be the construction representative of the company with Client in all technical issues related to the due performance of the contract. Plan, develop and organize the construction effort to formulate the most cost-effective plan to timely completion within budget and to implement the execution of works as per plan. - Implement all the activities related to construction/ fabrication, pre-commissioning, and commissioning of the facilities in conformance with project specifications, scope of work, and in accordance with the approved project drawing & schedule. - Monitor and report to Project Manager project details, including progress, risks and opportunities in a timely manner. - Provide directions to the project construction engineers during work execution and make decisions in pursuit of the project objectives - Ensures all changes to specifications, work scope and drawings are documented. - Facilitate timely problem resolution with the construction team members - Monitor construction progress /performance as per schedule - Adhere to Company Safety Standards and promote safety culture among the ranks.
