As Finance Director at Daiichi‑Sankyo (Schweiz) AG, and a member of the Swiss Leadership Team and board, I lead core finance functions and help guide our strategic direction. Every financial decision I support is grounded in Daiichi Sankyo’s purpose: to contribute to better, longer lives for patients. I aim to build systems and strategies that serve both performance and purpose. I bring more than a decade of international finance experience to this role, including leading global controlling teams at Octapharma, delivering complex SAP/ERP implementations, and managing M&A due‑diligence and integration. My passion is using finance to enable better healthcare outcomes—turning data into insights, simplifying complexity and empowering high‑performing teams. Educated in accounting and finance at the University of St. Gallen (with exchanges at Columbia, Queen’s and the University of Hong Kong) and fluent in English, German and Swiss German, I’m driven by curiosity and the belief that continually asking “who, how, what and why” leads to lasting impact.
