Experience from working in Development Cooperation for more than 10 years at Make Me Smile International and Make Me Smile Kenya. Areas of expertise include project development- and implementation, fundraising, proposal writing, project dissemination, presenting and reporting to donor organizations, M&E, finance, controlling and general coordination of International Projects. Additionally working as a Project Coordinator at FICE Austria, managing several EU projects in the field of child and youth care, focusing on quality standards, care leavers and unaccompanied minors. Since April 2018: Project Coordinator of “Leaving Care - An Integrated Approach to Capacity Building of Professionals and Young People”, co-financed by the Rights, Equality and Citizenship (REC) Programme of the European Union. The project aims to train care professionals in how to apply a child rights-based approach in their work with young people leaving care and works to strengthen support networks for young care leavers Responsible for the implementation of the two-year program in Austria, including project management, general coordination with Stakeholders, Trainers, Trainees, Care Leavers, M&E, Finance, reporting to the Project Applicant, providing Deliverables to the European Commission, Advocacy, developing national policy recommendations etc..
