Further building up and leading a team of 5 recruiters to scale the Sales and Operation teams for DACH and FR, hiring 200+ new colleagues from Junior to Head of level.
Taking over the responsibility of re-growing the sales team after the pandemic. Focussing on sharpening candidate profiles, implementing E2E recruiting reporting and hiring and developing a recruiting team. While at the same time leading the sales onboarding bootcamp programme.
